Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on state tax laws and related policies.
• Gather data and prepare reports with recommendations for next steps.
• Coordinate with Treasury’s Tax Compliance Bureau and with the Attorney General’s Office.
• Develop policies, procedures and guidelines related to the work.
• May occasionally be called as a witness in legal or administrative hearings.
• Oversee inventory and packing when an external entity processes an Order of Entry.
