LeoForce is seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead tax planning for high net worth individuals and corporations. The role is mostly remote with hybrid elements in Lancaster, PA, requiring 5+ years in tax management and strong regulatory knowledge.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA (preferred) and has proven experience with 1031 Exchanges, gift tax, and corporate tax returns. Expect collaboration across departments and ongoing client advisory excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax management, preferably in Accounting and Finance.
• CPA designation (preferred).
• Experience with 1031 Exchanges, tax planning, federal/state tax, income tax, gift tax, S Corp, and corporate tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax planning for high net worth individuals and corporations.
• Prepare and review federal and state returns for individuals, corporations, and S corps.
• Liaise with IRS and regulatory bodies on client matters.
• Provide income tax planning and wealth management guidance.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
