Jobot is seeking an experienced Tax Manager with a Real Estate focus to join our team in a flexible, remote-capable role. You will build client relationships, oversee tax compliance and consulting, and lead a dedicated team to deliver precise, timely results.

Create strong leadership, mentor staff, and collaborate with the broader firm on advisory projects. Our culture emphasizes balance, growth, and delivering high-quality tax solutions for real estate clients.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of recent experience, with a strong foundation in tax compliance and research for Real Estate clients.
• CPA or CPA eligibility required.
• MS in Taxation preferred.
• Public accounting experience essential.
• Strong teamwork orientation with a commitment to high-quality, precise work.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients, exhibiting "executive presence".
• Proficiency with technology, especially in a paperless environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing individual and entity tax returns
• Assisting the Tax practice with day-to-day tax issues
• Liaising with federal and state tax authorities as necessary
• Conducting research on complex tax matters
• Leading engagement planning and execution
• Mentoring and training junior staff
• Supporting business development initiatives
