In this role you will research federal income tax issues, help with M&A tax structuring, draft firm-wide alerts, and participate in tax trainings. A collaborative environment emphasizes professional growth and excellence.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience
• J.D.
• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Proficiency with tax research databases (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint)

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyze various federal income tax issues including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring
• Draft emails and memos
• Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax
• Assist with firm-wide trainings in federal income tax
• Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions
