White Tiger Connections Inc. is launching an integrated in-house tax practice and is hiring its first Tax Manager to lead as the founding member of a closely affiliated entity delivering coordinated tax and financial planning.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with strong operational and financial backing. You will have administrative support, cutting-edge technology, and a collaborative team of advisers who value your expertise.

Competenze

• CPA license required.
• 6 to 11 years of tax experience at a public accounting or financial services firm.
• Strong foundation in individual tax (1040) with exposure to business returns (1120-S, 1065) and estates/trusts (1041).
• Experience interacting with IRS/state tax agencies on behalf of clients.

Mansioni

• Prepare 1040 individual tax returns for existing and new clients.
• Handle simpler business returns (1120-S, 1065, 1120).
• Prepare 1041 estate/trust returns.
• File quarterly estimates and respond to IRS/state notices.
• Collaborate with advisers for integrated client experience including tax planning discussions.
• Participate in team meetings and help develop SOPs as the practice grows.
• Provide input on software and processes for long-term infrastructure.
