The role demands a CPA, 5+ years of tax experience, and strong client management skills. You will mentor staff, research complex tax issues, and collaborate on business development while staying current with tax law changes.

Qualifications

• CPA required; Enrolled Agent (EA) welcomed.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or advisory firms.
• Deep knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual tax filings.
• Strong leadership, remote supervision, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to translate complex tax rules into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review federal and state tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040) for accuracy and deadlines.
• Provide advanced technical tax research and proactive planning recommendations.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate, partnership, and HNWI clients as primary tax advisor.
• Lead and coach a remote tax team with structured workflows and quality control.
• Structure complex transactions including C-Corp/S-Corp conversions and allocations.
