Job summary

CAC Group, part of The Baldwin Group, is seeking a Tax Analyst to support the placement and management of tax insurance policies for corporate clients and advisors. You will analyze tax exposures, prepare underwriting submissions, and assist in negotiating placements with brokers, underwriters, and clients.

Responsibilities include maintaining the pipeline, organizing placement documents, drafting client communications, and coordinating with the Legal team on regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Attend calls with prospective clients and existing clients, take notes, and track follow-up items.
• Maintain and update the tax insurance pipeline in Monday.com.
• Manage and organize the master file for tax insurance placements and supporting documentation.
• Assist in educating producers on the tax insurance product and research opportunities.
• Prepare submission packages for distribution to insurance markets.
• Draft internal and client-facing summaries of NBILs and recommendations.
