Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) seeks a Tax Consultant to partner with customers and deployment partners for a smooth transition to Operations, with focus on tax setup across federal, state and local jurisdictions. You will manage data gathering, configuration in TaxEx, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate tax setup and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of tax/ERP implementation experience, strong communication, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with TaxEx OR Workday, PeopleSoft or other ERP HR/Payroll systems with tax configuration experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in Payroll, Payroll Tax or Financial implementations.
• Effective consulting experience.
• Ability to collaborate with customers to define project expectations and align with strategic direction.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers & deployment partners to understand, define requirements & guide the implementation process for OSV tax services.
• Configure TaxEx application per customer requirements.
• Identify and analyze tax needs and data requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues impacting scope or delivery.
• Lead the tax implementation process from start to finish.
• Consult with customers on data integrity issues.
• Conduct check points with customers for timely delivery of tax service & documents.
• Lead clear, concise customer calls and ensure project monitoring.
