Job summary

Levelociti is seeking an experienced Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director for a fully remote (US-based) or hybrid role. The position offers a lucrative compensation package and opportunities for leadership toward Director or Partner, with a people-first culture and strong client advisory work.

You will provide proactive tax planning, review complex returns, mentor junior staff, and stay current on tax laws to guide clients across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a CPA firm.
• Tax Manager or Senior Manager-level experience preferred.
• Strong tax planning and client advisory experience.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and leading teams.
• CPA or EA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive tax planning, advisory, and strategic guidance to clients.
• Review complex individual, business, corporate, tax returns.
• Analyze financial information and identify tax planning opportunities.
• Lead year-end and ongoing strategic tax planning initiatives.
• Manage and review the work of junior tax professionals.
• Mentor and develop members of the tax team.
• Stay current on changes in tax regulations and advise clients on impacts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Review financial statements and related tax information.
