Optima Tax Relief, LLC is seeking a Tax Associate to assist prospective members with enrollment into our two-phased tax resolution program. You will identify root causes of tax liabilities, qualify clients for services, and coordinate with tax resolution staff to help obtain relief.

Role requires participation in on-site training within 90 days, adherence to security protocols, and a customer-focused approach to delivering the best possible experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' relevant experience preferred.
• CTEC certification within 90 days of employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with prospective members regarding their tax problems by phone.
• Assess prospective members’ tax problems and identify the source of their tax liability.
• Qualify prospective members for Optima’s services based on their tax liability.
• Enroll members into the appropriate tax resolution program.
• Maintain security of client information (PII) and complete training onsite as required.
