This position requires a CPA or Enrolled Agent certification and over 5 years of experience in accounting or tax. Responsibilities include conducting virtual tax interviews, generating business growth, and providing excellent client service. Qualifications

• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews that create confidence in clients.
• Must complete continuing education requirements and meet IRS/state requirements.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during peak tax season.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to coordinate remote work impact on results.

Skills

CPA or Enrolled Agent certification

Experience completing complex tax returns

5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax

Experience with technology (MS Teams and Outlook)

Strong customer service skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education
