Ideal candidates have 2+ years in QA/auditing, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong English skills. This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours and competitive USD or local currency compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QA, auditing, or quality control roles.
• Proven track record evaluating performance based on standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflows.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns with high accuracy.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.
