Job summary

RemoteJobsOne in the United States is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to scale the onboarding, talent coordination, and client success for AI training deployments. This is a hands-on operations role focused on coordinating large groups of contributors across teams rather than managing direct reports.

You will partner with product, engineering, and enterprise clients, use data to improve onboarding, and publish weekly updates on milestones and risks while maintaining a strong contributor

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run large-cohort onboarding and activation with strong contributor experience.
• Coordinate distributed talent pools across AI training and data operations projects.
• Engage with enterprise clients and internal teams to keep deployments on track.
• Anticipate blockers and drive them to resolution.
• Track project performance and publish weekly milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Run community syncs and engagement initiatives to inform and engage contributors.
• Partner with product, engineering, and other teams as needs evolve.
• Use data to improve onboarding, quality, and retention over time.
