Job summary

Job Duck is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment needs of a fast-paced law firm. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across legal, legal support, administrative, and business functions.

Remote role with US-based employers; strong English communication and 2–3 years of professional services recruiting are required. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition within a law firm or professional services
Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and standard productivity tools

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles from initial sourcing through offer and placement
Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, recruiting platforms, referrals, and other channels
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring scheduling information and materials are delivered
Draft and coordinate offer letters and recruitment-related documentation with accuracy
Maintain candidate documentation, interview records, and recruitment updates
