Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team remotely, preferably in Houston, TX. You will develop sourcing strategies, recruit engineering, design, and project management talent, and partner with HR Business Partners to define internal roles.

This is a 4-6 month temporary assignment with potential extension, focusing on Survey and Geospatial roles within the AEC industry, and offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a technical environment.
• Experience hiring engineers, designers and project managers; AEC experience desired.
• Ability to manage 30+ open positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS (UKG, iCMS) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP compliance and staffing laws.

Responsibilities

• Source candidate leads, screen, interview, and close in a competitive marketplace.
• Develop sourcing strategies and recruit for Survey and Geospatial roles within AEC.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to define internal roles and job clarity.
• Network with candidate communities for short/long-term staffing opportunities.
• Assist in marketing the firm’s capabilities to attract clients.
• Track metrics to measure placements and hiring success against goals.
• Support college recruitment programs when applicable.
