Job summary

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to focus on onboarding and orienting new hires for Sun Country Airlines. This includes the pre-employment background process through to first day orientation.

Responsibilities include coordinating candidate screening, onboarding for single requisition and mass hires, maintaining data integrity, and supporting recruiting projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills, with proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build cross-functional relationships and provide excellent client service.
• Strong organization, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with ability to flex into responsibilities outside of role to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment candidate screening process and onboarding for single requisition and mass hiring classes.
• Coordinate complex scheduling while maintaining communication between candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, and stakeholders.
• Anticipate issues and solve problems; make quick, educated decisions and seek coaching when needed.
• Guide candidates from recruiting to onboarding for a smooth transition.
• Support creation and implementation of innovative recruiting solutions as a key team member.
