CHS Inc is offering four spring Recruiter Intern roles (Jan 2027–May 2027) working remotely nationwide. Interns will learn sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment lifecycle processes while collaborating with recruiters, HR partners, onboarding specialists, and hiring managers to meet seasonal hiring needs.

The program emphasizes hands-on sourcing techniques, stakeholder collaboration, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a preferred emphasis in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or Agriculture.
• Pre-employment screening may be required based on job requirements and industry guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for around 300 seasonal openings for spring planting.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners and hiring managers to support high-volume hiring.
• Assist with job postings, resume reviews, and candidate communications.
• Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to track applicants through stages.
• Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience with timely updates.
