Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our TA team in a remote US role. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain recruitment data in our ATS.

The role requires 2+ years in HR or recruiting, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with ATS platforms. This is a contract, non-exempt position with an hourly pay range of $35–$50. Benefits are provided through the third-party agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS).
• Prior experience coordinating recruitment in a high-volume or fast-paced environment preferred.
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
• Post job openings to various job boards and internal platforms.
• Assist HR Team with resume screening and candidate follow-up.
• Coordinate background checks and reference checks.
• Prepare and send offer letters and other hiring documents.
• Support onboarding activities as needed.
