This remote or hybrid opportunity offers a competitive salary range and openings in both locations to support mediations, law and motion, discovery, drafting, calendaring, filing, and day-to-day work in complex litigation.
You will partner with T&E litigation attorneys on open cases from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Paralegal with experience in T&E or Probate litigation.
- Familiarity with mediations, discovery, and court filings.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mediations, law and motion, discovery, drafting, calendaring, filing and service for complex litigation.
- Partner with T&E/Probate attorneys on open cases from start to finish.
