Job summary

SRI Resources is seeking a Manager, Systems Software for a long-term contract in Orlando, FL. The role is fully remote and requires the candidate to be in the USA.

You will lead enterprise technology services, oversee infrastructure, and manage vendor relationships while providing consultative support to IT leadership. The position emphasizes leadership, systems analysis, and process improvements across server, network, and application environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, information systems, or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Six years supporting enterprise-class technology systems.
• Six years Microsoft operating systems experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for infrastructure services including servers, networks, and telephony devices.
• Lead 2nd tier support for enterprise technology systems.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal teams and vendors.
• Analyze performance and implement improvements for technology systems.
• Direct staff during testing, monitoring, and installation of new systems and major releases.
• Provide weekly status updates on current projects.
