Job summary

Unissant Inc. is seeking a full-time, fully remote Systems Architect / Technical Lead to provide technical direction and oversee a complex application program, guiding cross-functional teams through the software development life cycle to deliver high-quality, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of technical leadership experience and 8+ years in systems integration and app development.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud computing and modern cloud-based technologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to application developers, testers, and other delivery personnel
• Design and implement system architecture while ensuring quality, reliability, and security of technical deliveries
• Mentor junior personnel and promote modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development and cloud-native solutions
