Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Systems Administrator to install, configure, and maintain OS workstations and servers, including web servers, to support business processing needs.

The role covers design, planning, implementation, operation, and security of systems, with emphasis on compliance, audits, and process improvements. This position can be remote work from home with some on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or technical training with 6+ years of related experience; or a HS diploma with 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides design, planning, implementation, operation, and security for systems.
• Oversees installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of software.
• Implements OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Monitors licensing and maintenance agreements; ensures compliance.
• Executes scripting as needed (PowerShell, Bash).
• Conducts routine hardware and software audits for compliance.
• Develops and maintains OS and software documentation.
• Drives process improvements and design enhancements.
• Coordinates and verifies projects across environments.
