Wirex is seeking a System Product Owner to own backend service scope within our card and payments platform. You’ll turn business needs into clear technical specs, focusing on card processing and multi-market implementations including Visa and Mastercard integrations.

We expect 2+ years in system/ business analysis with deep card processing knowledge and strong English skills. Remote EU-friendly role with regional considerations and a flexible, product-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst with technical background.
• Deep experience in banking/payment cards and card processing details.
• Knowledge of VISA/MasterCard requirements and card processing protocols (ISO).
• Experience with API documentation and integration logic.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze requirements for team service ownership.
• Create detailed system specifications for back-end development.
• Communicate plans to TPO/SPO and other teams across microservices.
• Review third-party API docs and define integration requirements for back-end.
• Configure systems, investigate issues, and ensure correct implementations.
• Contribute to product vision and feature discussions.
