Job summary

The role requires expertise in Microsoft and Linux operating systems along with a security-first mindset. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of IT experience and familiarity with federal IT systems. A remote-first environment with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years supporting server/data center environments.
• Eligibility for federal suitability clearance.
• Experience with federal government IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III technical support; mentor and guide lower-tier staff.
• Administer and maintain VMware environments.
• Plan, install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and cloud infrastructure.
