Job summary

Remote, per-task engagement; compensation is 65–75 USD per task. You should bring practical experience in synthetic route design, scale-up, process safety, impurity analysis, and regulatory chemistry, plus strong technical writing

Qualifications

• Practical bench-to-plant experience in scale-up and process chemistry.
• Ability to distinguish benign vs dual-use requests in chemistry.
• Strong technical writing skills with scientific audience in mind.

Responsibilities

• Create challenging single-turn chemistry prompts classified as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.
• Evaluate AI responses against a defined policy standard and determine whether each response was handled correctly.
• Develop reference answers that show the appropriate response and explain the underlying technical reasoning.
• Write clear rationales that non-specialists can understand.
