Job summary

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Canon customers in a fully remote role based in Greece with relocation support.

You will be the first point of contact handling product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order-related questions. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Fluent Swedish (C1/C2) and strong English are required, and you must hold an EU passport or be eligible to relocate to Greece.

Qualifications

• Must have C1/C2 level of Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Strong English language skills are required.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV or Cover Letter.
• EU passport required.
• Relocation to Greece is offered.
