Job summary

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Canon customers in a fully remote role based in Greece with relocation support.

You will be the first point of contact handling product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order-related questions. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Fluent Swedish (C1/C2) and strong English are required, and you must hold an EU passport or be eligible to relocate to Greece.
