You'll validate metadata, follow escalation paths for issues, and maintain high attention to detail while handling repetitive tasks. The position is remote in the USA with PST working hours and a 12-month duration.

Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent bilingual Swedish language skills with strong cultural awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures.
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to escalate when needed.
• Strong time management to meet throughput and SLA targets.
• Comfortable using multiple tools and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily content curation for written and audio content using SOPs and client guidelines.
• Validate content and metadata for completeness and basic accuracy.
• Identify and document content issues and bugs in internal tools with templates.
• Escalate unclear or high-impact issues with clear context to supervisor.
• Manage assigned queues to meet throughput and SLA requirements.
• Maintain security and confidentiality in line with requirements and training.
