Qualifications

• 8+ years operations experience with senior living/long-term care communities
• Ability to travel to support the managed portfolio

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs).
• Establish clear performance expectations and KPIs for each region.
• Conduct structured one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Ensure RDOs conduct consistent site visits and coach Executive Directors.
• Oversee occupancy growth, NOI performance, labor management, compliance, and leadership bench strength.
