Job summary

Reveleer is seeking an SVP, AI & Data to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI, machine learning, and data systems powering risk adjustment and quality programs across Medicare Advantage and value-based care.

The role oversees seven teams totaling ~27 engineers, data scientists, and analysts, partnering with engineering, product, and clinical leadership to advance research into production while ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading AI and data organizations.
• Deep experience with production ML, including retrieval-augmented generation and OCR.
• Experience with data warehouses and BI tools (Looker) and cloud data platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership of multiple technical teams with clear direction and autonomy.
• Working knowledge of healthcare risk adjustment, ICD coding, and quality measures (HEDIS) or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for the AI, data, and analytics platform end to end.
• Provide guidance on innovation across extraction, retrieval, and clinical AI while allowing teams autonomy.
• Ensure accuracy, throughput, and uptime of APIs and data layers used for reporting.
• Lead seven team leaders and grow technical talent across teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical leadership to align AI/data roadmaps with priorities.
• Establish data governance and privacy practices for PHI and CMS programs.
