Remote Support Services Specialist
AmazingCo is recruiting a dedicated Remote Support Services Specialist to support customers, partners, property teams, and internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Fast response to all client bookings and inquiries.
- Respond to clients, organizations, and vendors through telephone, e‑mail and online communications.
- Provide timely and professional solutions based on service requests.
- Guide clients through their AmazingCo experiences and resolve issues effectively.
- Assist with service inquiries, account questions, scheduling, and general needs.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through clear and transparent communication; refer difficult issues to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate service requests from start to finish, ensuring timely follow‑up with internal departments and service suppliers.
- Schedule appointments and update residents and property teams.
- Respond to card issues or purchases.
- Keep track of service history and open requests.
- Support business processes that enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for solutions.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of residents, vendors, and services to keep corporate systems up to date.
- Perform data entry, records management, and general administrative support.
- Generate reports and maintain records for support activities.
- Comply with company policies, practices, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with property management teams and other internal departments.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Identify process improvement and service quality opportunities.
- Help build a collaborative and service‑oriented culture.
Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, administrative support, resident services, operations support, scheduling, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and web‑based business applications.
- High‑speed internet connection and a dedicated work area.
- Independent, self‑starting, and able to collaborate with a distributed team.
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in property management, multi‑family housing, resident services, hospitality, or related businesses.
- Experience using CRM, ticketing, property‑management, or customer‑service software.
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams.
- Excellent dispute‑resolution and problem‑solving skills.
