Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Transport company equipment to and from customer locations using a company or personal vehicle
Education/Qualifications
  • 1-5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or related fields
  • Clear and concise communication skills; excellent written communication is essential
  • Familiarity with the following platforms:
    • Windows Server
    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • Microsoft SharePoint Server
    • VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization
    • Microsoft Office Applications

Additional Information

The compensation range for candidates in California is $57,000 - $89,000. Starting pay depends on qualifications and experience. FTI offers location-based compensation; ranges may differ for other locations.
