This person will support customers based out of our Torrance, CA.

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Responsible for transportation of company equipment to and from various customer locations using company or personal vehicle

Education/Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or related fields

• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft SharePoint Server
• VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization
• Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor

Compensation range in California: ($57k-$89k). Starting pay depends on qualifications and experience. Location-based compensation may vary.
