Job summary

Koozie Group is seeking a Supply Planner – Raw Materials & Global Components to own the supply plan for direct raw materials and components sourced internationally. You will balance manufacturing continuity, service levels, and working capital across resin, colorants, and related inputs, coordinating with Product Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing.

Location is remote with occasional visits to Spring Hill, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supply planning or buyer/planner experience in an MRP/ERP environment.
• Experience planning raw materials or components for a manufacturing schedule.
• Experience with long lead times (90-150+ days) for international supply.
• Proficiency with GAINS and Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply plan for direct raw materials to support the manufacturing schedule.
• Convert forecast into a time-phased material plan and manage POs and lead times.
• Set and maintain planning parameters and review them regularly.
• Balance supplier economics with excess inventory and cash risk.
• Own excess/obsolete exposure and drive burn-down or disposition with teams.
