Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; or High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, and/or supplier management.
• Experience with Excel, and reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services from multiple suppliers.
• Initiate Requests for Quotations and Proposals and analyze pricing.
• Ensure supplier quality and delivery reliability; monitor performance.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Assist with cost reduction and risk management through negotiations.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure proper receipts and documentation.
• Review supplier payments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
