Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment for the Hospital Products business via phone, email, fax, and other channels.
• Provide service and support to external customers and Baxter team members.
• Handle customer inquiries, correspondence, and order-related exceptions.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, including backorders, shipping discrepancies, returns, and other requests.
• Balance customer service needs with supply chain objectives while meeting performance measures.
• Document service failures that impact customers and the organization.
• Collaborate with internal partners across Product Information, Distribution Centers, Planning, Credit and Collections, Sales, and other teams.
• Obtain and review information related to product needs, inventory, delivery, and quantities; expedite as needed.
• Maintain records and prepare customer-required reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
