Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment for Hospital Products via phone, email, fax, and other channels.
• Provide service and support to customers and Baxter team members.
• Handle inquiries, correspondence, and order-related exceptions.
• Process orders accurately, including backorders, shipping discrepancies, returns, and other requests.
• Balance customer service needs with supply chain objectives and document service requirements.
