Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Hospital Products business in Deerfield, IL. You will manage order fulfillment across phone, email, fax, and other channels, serving as the primary contact for customers and coordinating with internal teams to meet needs.

You will support order processing, inquiries, and exceptions, ensuring accuracy and timely responses while balancing supply chain objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable high‑speed internet connection.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Able to work in a team and flexible to shifts between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CST.
• JD Edwards knowledge is a plus.
