Job summary

Technology Service Corporation is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. You will ensure supplier and subcontractor compliance with US government regulations (FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR) and company policies, with opportunities to impact audit readiness and continuous improvement.

The position offers remote work options within the United States and requires 3–5 years in supply chain/compliance in a regulated environment, along with strong regulatory interpretation and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 3–5 years in supply chain, procurement, contracts, compliance, or related defense/regulatory industry
• Experience with FAR/DFARS clauses and supplier risk/due diligence
• Experience supporting audits, internal controls testing, or investigations
• Strong ability to interpret regulations and translate into practical guidance
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply US government regulations to supply chain activities including FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and sanctions
• Support development and maintenance of supply chain compliance policies and procedures
• Review contracts for supply chain clauses and obligations
• Ensure regulatory requirements flow down to suppliers and subcontractors
• Maintain compliance documentation and records for audits
• Participate in internal and external audits and internal reviews
• Assist in investigations of non-compliance and develop corrective actions
• Assist in training buyers and program staff on regulations and best practices
• Provide guidance to procurement and program teams and identify process improvements
