Job summary

Technology Service Corporation is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support our Supply Chain organization. You will help ensure suppliers, procurements, and subcontracting comply with U.S. Government regulations and contract requirements. Remote working options available.

The role requires knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and cybersecurity flow-downs, with experience in audits and internal controls within a defense contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance) or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts, compliance, or related function for defense or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and supplier risk/due diligence processes.
• Experience supporting audits, internal controls testing, or investigations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate regulations into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply U.S. Government regulations to supply chain activities (FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR).
• Develop and maintain supply chain compliance policies and procedures.
• Review contracts and flow down obligations to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain compliance documentation and support audits.
• Deliver training on regulations, policies, and best practices.
