Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Advisory (Solution Advisor) for the Discrete Manufacturing team. This IC role focuses on optimizing WMS-enabled supply chains, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to guide solution design, adoption, and value realization.

You will support solution demos, document requirements, and align configurations with operational and financial outcomes while maintaining knowledge of industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of customer-facing supply chain advisory/consulting experience.
• Solid experience with WMS (BY WMS/JDA WMS).
• Strong communication for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused with quality delivery and measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor with strategic insights and Blue Yonder solutions.
• Identify and present additional solution opportunities to customers.
• Participate in engagements, discovery, and design sessions; document requirements.
