Job summary

Leonardo DRS is seeking a full-time Supplier Quality Engineer II based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility. This role covers supplier quality performance assessment, improvement, and reporting. Candidates will analyze quality issues, develop corrective actions, and mentor junior staff.

The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, relevant experience in quality engineering, and familiarity with ISO and Six Sigma standards. The position offers flexible work schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering.
• Competent technical expertise and application domain knowledge.
• Ability to understand military specifications and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality plans translating customer requirements.
• Perform analyses and prepare quality plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Lead product quality improvement teams and conduct root cause investigations.
