Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Development Lead to drive recovery, capability improvement, and sustainable performance across global commodities. This remote role requires travel up to 50% to supplier sites.

The ideal candidate will lead containment actions, RCCA investigations, and structured improvement plans with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term supplier readiness and continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Ability to travel to supplier sites ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and supplier containment actions with Operations and Quality.
• Facilitate supplier kick-off meetings and rapid response actions.
• Conduct RCCA investigations to resolve critical quality or delivery issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop improvement plans and gate reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure exit criteria are met for containment efforts.
• Partner with Commodity Teams to ensure sustainable transitions and readiness.
