Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree with 12+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional technical or manufacturing projects.
- Full-cycle project execution: requirements, scope, schedule, budget, risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale manufacturing transformation projects.
- Define requirements and architecture; coordinate integrators and deployment.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Digital, Facilities, and Supply Chain.
- Coordinate equipment, controls, digital systems, and facility infrastructure changes.
- Manage system integrators to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Communicate program goals, status, risks, decisions, and business impact.
