Job summary

Arrow is seeking a Supplier Campaign Marketing Manager I to lead and coordinate marketing efforts across the supplier portfolio for Arrow's Global Components business. This role defines campaign strategy, manages plans and budgets, and aligns with internal teams and supplier partners.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in marketing roles
• Experience managing supplier campaigns
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination

Responsibilities

• Act as the marketing point of contact for assigned suppliers
• Host recurring check-ins with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Execute custom marketing campaigns and participate in integrated campaigns
• Coordinate with internal Campaign Managers on positioning, content, and planning
• Maintain supplier tracker and status documentation
• Track and report campaign performance metrics and KPIs
• Manage marketing budgets for supplier campaigns
• Initiate marcom and creative brief processes
• Ensure delivery of marketing assets on time
• Support content development and localization
• Support annual supplier marketing planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital
• Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and improve workflows
• Promote alignment between Supplier Management and internal marketing teams
