Qualifications

• Plan, manage, organize and supervise all operations and activities of the Privacy Division.
• Ensure HUD compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 in processing personal information.
• Develop and oversee privacy policies and public access requirements.
• Advise the Senior Agency Official for Privacy and senior staff on privacy issues.
• Support contracts and data sharing arrangements related to privacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, organize and supervise all operations and activities of the Privacy Division.
• Advise on privacy policies, legislation, and HUD policy initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Privacy Act in collection, maintenance, use, and disposal of personal information.
• Support implementation of programs required by law for public access to agency information.
