Job summary

The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) is seeking a Supervisory Intelligence Analyst in Washington, DC to lead intelligence analysis, oversee production of actionable intelligence, and support investigations and strategic decisions.

The role requires guiding a team, coordinating with federal and local partners, and ensuring high-quality analytic products across NICB operations while remaining aligned with HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, CS or similar; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of independent research/analysis or investigations.
• 3 years of data analysis in Excel and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud databases (AWS or Redshift) preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Insurance fraud or law enforcement analysis experience preferred.
• Certified Insurance Fraud Analyst or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence analysts and oversee production of actionable intelligence.
• Direct collection, evaluation, and analysis from multiple sources.
• Review products and ensure accuracy, sourcing, and relevance.
• Coordinate with partners and training for member companies and law enforcement.
• Brief senior leadership on significant threats and trends.
