Job summary

Ennoble Care, a home-based primary, palliative, and hospice care provider, seeks a Virtual Supervising Physician to oversee care for roughly 3,000 homebound patients in New Jersey and beyond. This role emphasizes annual care plans and physician-reviewed care management across visits.

You will conduct video-first telehealth visits, review and sign care plans, supervise APPs, and lead clinical governance, with protected daily supervision time.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license; willingness to obtain licenses in other served states.
• Current DEA registration in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 20 telehealth visits per day for homebound Medicare patients; 15–20 minutes per visit.
• Review and sign care plans for all patients on your panel, with an annual review.
• Serve as supervising physician for APPs, ensuring state collaboration agreements are in place.
• Review clinical escalations, perform chart audits, and sign exams and staff checklists.
• Train care coordinators on protocols and documentation standards; provide ongoing clinical guidance.
• Complete ancillary services during visits, such as AWV, ACP, cognitive assessments, TCM.
• Work within OA platform with a dedicated module for this role.
