Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a board‑certified physician to oversee homebound patient care via high‑volume telehealth visits. You will review and sign care plans, supervise APPs, and ensure quality across the care continuum.

The role is remote, with reporting to the Regional Chief Medical Officer, and requires an MD/DO, GA license, and Medicare enrollment eligibility. A one‑year commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active GA license and board certification in IM/FM/Geriatrics.
• Eligible to enroll and bill as a Medicare practitioner; DEA in good standing.
• Willing to obtain licensure in other states served; full‑time commitment.
• Excellent clinical documentation and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 20 telehealth visits per day for homebound Medicare patients; 15–20 minutes per visit.
• Review and sign care plans for all patients on your panel; annual reviews included.
• Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants; 30 minutes protected supervision daily.
• Review clinical escalations, perform chart audits, and sign exams and checklists for staff.
• Train care coordinators and provide ongoing clinical guidance and QA feedback.
