Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client-facing roles leading complex interface design and architecture.
• Proven Integration Consultant on SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation projects.
• Hands-on expertise with SuccessFactors APIs and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week as required by clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, driving complex interface architecture, technical design, and issue resolution.
• Define and manage integration scope for HR implementations across SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA HCM.
• Apply middleware expertise and lead offshore teams on integration projects.
• Collaborate with IBM teams to provide technical leadership and ensure successful delivery.
